These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors and customers of the Gumly+ website. By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you accept these terms in full.

Gumly+ pouches are functional, nicotine-free products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions, ingredients and imagery are provided for information only and may be updated from time to time.

An order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in the event of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account before the next billing date.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

All content on this site — including the Gumly+ name, logo, copy, imagery and design — is owned by Gumly+ and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gumly+ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Always use products as directed.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
